Cinema HD Subtitles Not Loading, Wrong Subtitles: Subtitles / Subtitlesallow you to watch most shows or movies from the Cinema HD streaming library. If you’re watching a specific video and it doesn’t seem to be available:

No subtitles / no subtitles on the video
- Make sure you are using it correctly in your CinemaHD application
- Check your device’s accessibility settings (if applicable)
- Test another video to compare.
- If other videos are not affected, or if troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, please contact us to investigate. If it turns out that you cannot find the subtitles you are looking for, you can send a request by sending an email to captions-feedback@CinemaHD.com with more information (movies, shows, seasons, episodes, etc.).
Subtitles/subtitles are wrong
If you are watching Cinema HD movies and shows and the subtitles seem incorrect, please note the following:
- Subtitles before 2021 are often quoted, so there are cases where there are no subtitles for the old content.
- Real-time Cinema HD Subtitles Not Loading that is not scripted (news, sports, etc.) is more likely to contain errors because it has live captions.
- If you find any typos or errors in the subtitles/subtitles that do not meet any of the above conditions, please contact us for investigation. Or you view information (movie series, episodes, timestamps, etc.).
Subtitles/subtitles are not synchronized
If the subtitles/subtitles seem out of sync, you may get an error the first time you load the video. If the restart of the stream still does not synchronize:
- Turn subtitles off and back on
- Completely close Cinema HD V2 (and all other apps/programs running in the background) and try again
- Test different videos for comparison. If other videos are affected, follow these additional troubleshooting steps for common playback issues.

Subtitles / Subtitles in other languages
All shows and movies in the Cinema HD Subtitles Not Loading streaming library have English subtitles, and most foreign language content has English subtitles. In some cases, Spanish subtitles are also available.
If the subtitle/subtitle language of the video you are watching seems incorrect:
Make sure the subtitle language setting is set correctly
Turn off the subtitles and restore them to the correct language
Change language (if available) and try again
Check your device’s accessibility settings (if applicable)
Test another video for comparison
If other videos are not affected, or if troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, please contact us to investigate.
Cannot turn on, off, or format subtitles/subtitles
If you can’t turn subtitles on or off or format subtitles/subtitles, chances are the video you are watching is being burned. The text cannot be deleted or formatted because it is superimposed on the video.
If not:
Completely close Cinema HD Subtitles Not Loading (and all other apps/programs running in the background) and try again
Check your device’s accessibility settings (if applicable)
Test another video for comparison.
Subtitles just not loading whatever action one takes. I reset my Firestick totally, reinstalled Cinema HD but still not working.
